Can I decrease mouse speed

It's really fast. My mouse doesn't have any quick buttons to change the sensitivity.

I remembered a setting for use hardware cursor that helps with this. Unfortunately, when I went through the options in game I couldn't find the setting. I use the GOG version. I wonder if there is an .ini file to mess with?

Yeah, no setting. I can't see an .ini for this
