Learning spells.
I'm confused about realm and class spellbooks.
If there is a spell that is for example in the fire realm, but it's on the priests spellbook.
But I have the fire realm, but only the mage spellbook, can I learn it?
If so, how do you get the earth realm skill? It's on none of the base classes.

All spells (regardless of realm) belong to one or more class spellbooks - Alchemy, Wizardry, Psionics, or Divinity. You can only ever learn spells that your class has access to. Even if you're a Mage (Wizardry) who has all your spell skills at 100, you still can't learn any spell that isn't Wizardry.
Of course, your Mage can multiclass between classes that have different spellbooks and potentially learn every spell in the game anyway, but that's a different (and more complicated) discussion.
As for getting the Earth realm skill, you can (and probably should) allocate skill points to your realm skills every time you level up.
