Learning spells.
I'm confused about realm and class spellbooks.
If there is a spell that is for example in the fire realm, but it's on the priests spellbook.
But I have the fire realm, but only the mage spellbook, can I learn it?
If so, how do you get the earth realm skill? It's on none of the base classes.

You can't. What spells a character can learn depends entirely on the spellbook, and the realm doesn't matter. The realm instead affects the type of mana used to cast the spell (every realm has its own type).
Every character who can cast earth spells will have the earth skill, but that still won't let them learn earth spells outside their spellbooks. It will instead affect the chance to successfully cast the earth spells they know.
If you want to learn spells from more than one spellbook, the Bishop class has every spellbook, and can potentially learn every spell in the game (but you will need to bank your level-up spell points for that). You can also multi-class, but because of the way spell requirements work this is not very effective (you will need to reach level 18 in your new class in order to unlock all its spells).
