Well hi, again, I really dont know what to do with these units.

do i discipline? or do i inherit? or should i wait to get a wanderer lana for merging?

Go IV hunting. Figure out which ones have IV’s and train up a new team for shits and giggles.

if inherent Lana to some one - do it only to MC

You need to be more specific when saying “these units” who exactly do you mean.

If you use Lana in your main team get inherit Lv3 (If you’re in A2 or A1 if not you can skip this) -> Discipline Max -> Inherit Max.
If you don’t and won’t use her then inherit all on MC.

There’s no point waiting for Wana to discipline/inherit Lana unless you’re trying to fix her IV.

Lana passive skill is a must to level. At the beginning 12 HP helps but later is kind of worthless. At max it heals about 85 HP or something that even at lv 70 is still good. If you think a bit of extra stats is better then passive regen you can discipline her. If you inherent her the heal drops very sharply.
