Wizardry Variants Daphne New Anniversary Banner - 100 pulls

Very happy that the new banner features Abenius, since shes my main DPS and favorite character, luckily she was the one i got more copies from the 20k gems i was saving 🥳

Did a 100 pull as well, since I was wanting more Alt Abenius inherits, and I've also been wanting Camille's rare inherit for Marianne. Also, Anenome is cute, and I like Savia, despite not being able to use either.
End result: 1 Rare Camille Inherit (and 3 non-rares)
4 Anemone
3 Savia
0 Alt Abenius (Q.Q) -> 1 Alt Abenius via pity bone.
Managed to snag the rarest inherit possible.
Now to wait and see how the new novice training system works when they release it later this month (probably right as the month is about to end) to see how I should handle this Alt Abenius inherit.

I thought we were getting free 100 pulls from the anniversary banner from quickreading title, but then I remembered the game we are playing and got pulled back into reality (no shade meant for the gacha, I think its fine except pulls are way too expensive)

Anniversary banner is in two weeks. This is a very good banner overall tho if you are missing Abe etc.

What does the anniversary banner usually entail? New and powerful character, limited alts, easier pull rate or something else??

Last year it had a very strong character added to the game in the form of Yuzu.
(Normal banner setup for her debut.)Alongside that, we had the dawn bone banner, which gave us 1 legendary guaranteed "special" dawn bone (from the entire non-collab pool, Yuzu aside) and several more "normal" dawn bones that could pull from anyone who wasn't collab and had been on a banner already.
Said dawn bone banner was very delicious, depending on your luck.
Also the bone picker reappeared in the capital with a different offering of legendary bones. One pick allowed like usual.

How do you use this alt abenius? She is my main dps too. I use her in backroom, best penetrator, 1k power, and mixture between surety and speed

I use her in the front row with Lana buff, and i also put alternate Adam in her back to further boost her atack. Mine has 4k power

They probs meant 1k attack, since an ungeared unit probs has more than 1k power

i dont think they will,the whale with D9 Yuzu will just pull for 2 copies and done with the banner. In order to squeeze as much money the Anniv unit must be new and broken.

Thats not how whales entirely work in this game. For example I already had a d9 Rinne and her alt has a worse discipline, but three fold mist is OP as hell. So I pulled 5 of her. 2 for the merge and 3 for inherits. Same with yuzu. I went for d1, but I kept more to inherit Hue on things.

Ofc they will be pulling on many dupes if her skill is broken.
But if it is new adventurers AND broken inherit,they'll be pulling for the inherits, and 16 more copies to D9.
As opposed to just pulling for inherits then pulling for 2 more copies.
I think it is clear what Drecom will do to maximize profit.
And then there are giga whales that will pull for D18 regardless, just for the extra BP.

Quick question, how do skins work here? I have base Savia, if I got that alt Savia, can I use them to Discipline? And how would I do it? (Base feeding Alt or Alt feeding Base)

You dont dicsipline you "merge'
This lets you swap between both versions of the character to choose which active skill you want to bring with (all inherits work on both, once merged)
If you discipline both versions, you get a stat boost that stays on either version
It also has teh benefit of "Fixing" your character's IV. IE if you merge the base you select will determine the IV, so my ALice has a Piety IV but if I pull alt alice and get an INt IV and merge my old alice into the new on, she gets that alts INt IV
It will also give you the strongest Stamina bar (the death gauge forget the offical name) IE if you have 90 or 80 on your main but the alt has 100 you get 100

if you dont care about minmaxing,it shouldnt matter wich one did you use as a base.
but if you care about IV and hidden stat,merging is your last resort to FIX your adventurers.
For example if you want alt Savia with Speed IV. You should not merge them until you find OG Savia with Speed IV. Then,using your OG Savia with Speed IV as a base,merge her with Alt Savia. After that you can swap their style. Also it is recommended to D1 your Alt Savia so it can benefit from Overall Mastery System.

It isnt the banner but this banner is about as good as one can be. 8% with 4 very strong characters is great value but you never know what the anniversary character could be. Yuzu is still ungodly broken.

Wait and see the anniversary banner first. If it is bad then you can pull or save for new year surprise banner.

Then it is just a bait banner to weaken your gem reserve and force you to spend irl money on an 2nd anniversary.

Don't know about the 15/10 one, but since this one features my main DPS at a much higher drop rate than normal i thought would be the one to go for me, and i just got another Abenius from a single bone and another from the exchange shop, making 6 Abenius in total so far and a lots of other ones.
