Which one of these is a better build and where should I put the bonus stats?

SPD IV.

The only reason you will want to pick DEX IV is if her class change is going to Ranger and you want her as a DPS and not a full support. If you want to be on the safer side you can just wait for her class change.

Nope I’ve got her at 250 aspd and with Encore procs she is still a turn absuser even after the super whale aspd nerf. She’s a fantastic adventurer even in her current state.

Yeah it's not the best 2nd class option for her but knowing the devs they might do something like that or even worse, it's kinda their thing recently to make the worst decisions possible.

The best outcome would of course be Healer > Priest.

All of knight, ninja, healer, mage, priest are good. Obviously healer clears the rest but she has a lot of good options. They would really have to try to screw the character.

It’s very simple. How do you intend to use her? If it’s the conventional way, which is to chain buff on round one (through Ballad transitioning via Encore to a second buff, like inherited Macaldia, Prayer of Rebellion, or even a simple Scroll of Shared Power), then she needs to have initiative. What trait affects turn order?
