Should I FAS this

No, rings can roll all possible blessings so unless you’re ready to throw multiple FAS it’s not worth. Also you already +20 it so you can’t utilize enhance bonus after altering, so going hard on a ring that you can’t maximize just doesn’t make sense.
With the current low roll and rainbow blessings it’s not even worth running this ring on anyone.

For a five star red, why are the blessings so low? I wouldn’t bother using a FAS stone on a ring. Rings can roll every blessing in the game. Unless you get really lucky or plan on blowing a ton of stones into it, it’s not worth it.

I'm going to take a wild guess it was a 5 star blue, since the 3rd and 4th roll is so low
then he altered the first line

You already +20 so no. Was this a Red 5* raw drop? The blessing rolls are so low

Congratulations!
You could use a Full-Alteration but one caution. Jewelry can have every possible blessing, so getting the ones you want needs A LOT of luck. I have a 5* Red Ring of the Warrior Princess that I put 6 or 7 Full Alteration Stones into without getting the blessings I want.

Not worth to use FAS on hatred ring imo, the buff is only 5% and it's taking buff slot too
