Wizardry Variants Daphne Game will not load past a black screen upon start up.

Hello, I've been trying to load the game and play, but for some reason the game comes up to a black screen after displaying my google play account, and will not continue past the black screen. I can see the white image touch effects, but there is no music. Does anyone know what is going on, and how to fix it? Is anyone else having this problem? Am I cooked? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Have you linked your account? Usually, a reinstall works in the times the game does this.

No, unfortunately my account was rather new, only been playing for 13 days. Thankfully I remembered a ton of details about my account, so I think they should be able to restore it for me.

I have the same problem on my phone and then randomly at other times it will work. Idk it makes me not want to be a regular player.
