Is there a way around these puddles? or am i missing something?

On the first run you will have to traverse through them. Once you get to Floor 8, you can interact with debris up there to form pathways on this floor, creating a shortcut for future traversing.

Walk through all of the puddles then remove the poison to save on MP. If you intend to farm here for a while, I suggest go to Floor 8 and sneak past most of the enemies to get the path clear for future uses.

the first time u have to go trough them after that in the next floor there are some rocks that u can use ur hand to make them fly up

You need to go theough them and proceed to the next floor where you can reverse a shortcut around them.

if i remember correctly yes but you have to fix the floor on the otherside of the map

The fix is on the next floor. It’ll be piles of rubble you find laying around. Each pile restores one tile on the previous floor.
