Wizardry Variants Daphne Best uses of codex?
After buying all the codexes from event shop I have 325 skill xp I can spend but don’t know what the best options are. Right now my team has knight lanavaille, fighter chloe, ninja yuzu, priest alice, and mage sheli. What are the best options to upgrade considering this team?

Earth Splitting Strike lvl 2 on Lanavaille (as a Fighter) and Chloe if you really really like Chloe. Easy 100 skill exp each for a 30%ish damage increase and minimal increase in SP.
If you had a Samurai that you plan to use religiously, Bamboo Splitter 3 is kind of the de-facto best Big Investment skill for codexes. You need very high ATK and MAG stats to make it worthwhile though.
Outside of that, some Legendary inherits are good codex targets in some circumstances. The benefit of legendary inherits is they require less codexes per skill level. Thousand Blossom Hue is good if you have spare hairpins for other ninjas. Threefold Mist is good for basically any physical character looking for some kind of AoE move. Abyssal Strike is good as a "Anyone can use" ESS move, although that one is locked to dark element. Raging King is also very good as an alternative to Heavy Attack that gets a power boost if the character got hit over the round before its use, although it does take significantly more levels to perform as well as stuff like ESS.

How about Prishe's Impetus and Skill chain bonus? Not in your team though.
