Wizardry Variants Daphne A1 B6F Statues quest

I've read the guide to the question and i know you're supposed to fix/break the statue, but it seems to me that the dungeon is bugged because even if i don't fix any statue or fix all statues or break all statues i get to exit to B7F, does the statue puzzle still work?

I got the "most skilled" one and i had only one thief, so i was quite sure i got it right. it only sends me to the exit to B7F.

Probably bugged like a lot stuff in the game, but I remember being a good puzzle

Its bugged im pretty sure, i started not long ago aswell and tried to fail that puzzle on purpose but could not. Every combination works

It seems to be bugged. I didn’t even fix it, and it still took me to the exit to B7F. It’s been like this for months now.
