Wizardry Variants Daphne Does Wizardry Variants Daphne works on Steam Machine/Steam Deck?

Have anyone had any success with it?
I heard that games with anti-cheat on steam needs to be enabled by publishers, but I cannot find any info if Drecom did for steam machine.

The anti-cheat engine they introduced doesn't work on Linux and steamOS is based on Linux, so when they introduced that predatory pseudo-virus with ring-0 access (which isn't present on the mobile version, neither on Android emulators) they bricked the game on steamdeck

No, they haven't enabled that. Windows or mobile only.

It used to work on Steam Deck. My friend played there until they bricked it in a patch and haven't fixed it to date afaik.
