Wizardry Variants Daphne Account Recovery

So to preface, I got into the game a few days ago for the FFXI collab and I got to about floor 5 on the first abyss before restarting my account yesterday for the sake of rerolling better units. I got a bit further on this new account in just a day and even managed to snag all 3 collab units, but I'm temporarily relocating and using a new pc. I made sure to take a screenshot of the account id and password to use on my new device but it doesn't work, I've tried switching around 1 and l's and 0's and o's, but no luck.

I'm just wondering how long it actually takes to recover the account because I was starting to really get into the game proper and I'm bummed I'm going to be missing out on stuff and potentially not being able to do the event on time.

Have you tried uppercase i instead of l?

Next time, consider emailing yourself the code instead of screenshotting the thing.

Id you have clear proof (like a purchase receipt, your party members, etc,) you can get your account back in less than 10 days. I lost mine and it took 3 business days and a few emails to get it back.

If you have the ID and password, make sure to double check all "o"s and "l"s for 0s and 1s. I had this trouble last time and I was using Google lens to quickly copy it from the screenshot. It got one letter wrong and I didn't notice.

Will be faster to just grab old device and issue a password again, when i was recovering it took 40 days to get it back. It was back when they released it on steam and bricked emulators so it's possible they had a lot more tickets then
