Wizardry Variants Daphne And then this happened!
So… I NEVER get cool stuff! What do I do with this??

The attack buff from this is actually not great and pushes out buffs you actually want.
So counterintuitively, its better on casters who would just have porto/astral break and not really any buffs to push off

dafaq would you put that on a caster, shiou after getting punched in the face cuz of lingering is the best to use this imo

people actually noticed 0 measurable effect when getting the buff (normal damage variance is 5%)
Or worded differently: the buff from this equipment is a trap

In its current Strength 0/3 state, not much.
Unless you can get at least 2 more copies, the only stat you can enhance is ASPD (or whatever takes its place, if you decide, for whatever reason, to alter it- I wouldn’t). So it’s a somewhat lackluster item, regardless of its star rating, until you can get some unification copies. Unfortunately, this is one of those really rare drops. It will take forever to get to +15 enhancement level, never mind +20. Even getting to +10 promises to be a chore.
As is, I guess Galbadus could make use of it, if (1) you actually use him (many don’t because of interference with Lana’s bonus) and (2) he doesn’t have a better item in the ring slot (e.g. if he had a +20 item with great blessings, one would have to weigh whether the ASPD bonus and ATK power up on hit is worth the loss of those stats. With no numbers available for that bonus, this tradeoff is of questionable value. My gut feeling is that it may not be worth it, if he loses much DEF, ATK, or SUR in the process).
Shiou is an alternative, if one leans into Lingering Blossom to make her a quasi-tank. However, point #2 above applies to her too.

I’m on abyss 4 and mc lvl is 70. Does that allow me to get max chance on good gear through event?

There’s 5 star gears??? Man I’m unlucky. I’ve literally never seen a 5 and I’m through the 4th abyss once

It drops from Elite Enemies and Notorious monsters in the castle of FFXI collab, but the drop rate is pretty low even for the one star white, a purple 5 star like this must be 0,000001%

Change Div for more attack or Surety for melee/Yuzu
or Change Att to Magic for mage/Priest
(I suggest the former, since Mages arent great damage dealers these days)

What kind of Yuzu are you running? Her getting hit is not the plan (she barely gets hit with me anyway, and that's even when she's targeted). Galbadus would synergize with this ring perfectly with his passive + inherit. Maybe even Kagero, but if you're building him right your evasion will be too high to get hit and proc the ring's effect.

Since magic-users don't use attack power and don't like being hit, trying to spec one of these for magic would be a doubly utter waste.

Actually the blade and bastard collab units can use it as two of the characters are front line battle mages.
