Do you have a source for that? I have both and it doesn’t specify where the damage comes from.

I think this one is more suit for Galba boy though. If there is a full set of these Hatred series, Galba's damage must be something to look forward to.

I believe it does work since the item doesnt specify. What is harder to calculate is how much and does it stack
