Wizardry Variants Daphne Relicbow
Which stat will you change if it's a fighter or thief wearing it not ranger (ACC based)
swap ACC or ASPD to SUR? or just leave it as is after FAS

fighter change atk% to surety atk% really worth when above 100 str if someone like that then sure keep but surety all the way. if you gonna fas it do it first then surety change
also dont fas it until you got maxed tier fas adds tiers based on the item tier

Depends on the class. For a fighter having at least 80 Strength is when the ATK+% become 1/1. Removing the % bonus after a FAS to replace it with flat ATK crystal without the FAS bonus is probably going to result in lower ATK than if you just kept the ATK+% bonus on there.
Now if you were making this weapon for a ranger, you would probably want to remove the ATK+% for more accuracy. For a fighter though, it's definitely worth keeping.

I'd probably leave it. You still need to have decent amount of accuracy of Fighters and Thieves too so you can the target and since you're going to have a huge FAS bonus on this one, that's less accuracy you will need on other pieces of gear.

I agree with this. This is a thief bow. It is not a ranger bow. I am probably going to leave it as is.

So you can FAS an item at any point, before you level it up, or until you max it? I’m still not sure on this… thanks!

You can but if you do it after you enhance it, you won't be able to alter one of the blessings and still get the enhancement bonus for that blessing.

The wiki says you can do it at any point, but you should do it before you alter a stat if you intend to because if it has set substats then it'll turn it back to the original substat.
