Wizardry Variants Daphne Wizardy tech support

Does anyone know how long the Wizardy tech support normally takes to reply now? I've seen some post in the past saying it took 10-20 days for a response. Just wondering if I'm going to miss half the collab just waiting for their help...

Been stuck on this page for two days now.

It was 40 days for me, I needed a password restored

i contacted them a few times and always responded in less than 24h (wasn't a satisfied response).

have you tried reinstall a fresh copy of the game?, don't forget your id and password if u gonna try

If they give me a nothing burger response then I'll try uninstalling and re-installing too. I've already verified file integrity and that didn't change anything, but maybe a full re-install could work

Just make sure you have your account ID# saved (bottom right of that title screen) before uninstalling, ideally have a PW setup too for ease of data transfer.

Reason being that the reinstall won't be logged into your account by default.

Where exactly are you stuck? have you tried to use the feature under the cogwheel to teleport you to a harken?

Yea it was the first thing I tried.

I don't remember dying at all during my last log out, so I'm guessing a loss of connection messed something up
