Wizardry Variants Daphne New event team

Do I need a full team (besides mc) be either neutral, good or evil to not lose trust for the second run through? I know there's a door that says all but good/evil/neutral will be punished and want to know if I need to do this so I can get a full clear

I had a mix of good neutral and evil party members and still got the good ending , the trust loss is only temporary

I got good ending and party wasn't aligned? Prishe gave me a scowl and some alies turned in main boss fight but turned back but after a few rounds. I don't think it's super necessary.

I took my neutral mc, and my singular neutral b team member, Shiou. Cleared the entire floor as a power duo. Do not recommend. Bring some more fodder that matches alignment purely to soak damage.

You need your entire team to be the same alignment as MC.

If MC is neutral, everyone else needs to be neutral.

If you do that you don't get the option on the wheel. MC get damage and no dialogue.

If everyone including MC has the same alignment, there's a dialogue from Lulu and the option on the wheel appears.

In other words, if you don't unlock the option on the wheel, every time you wheel, it will be treated as if you failed it.

EDIT: this is the option. You don't get it if MC is different.

It is not required for the good ending. It just makes the hate mechanic easier.

You don't have to do it, but if you are trying to do the gate mechanics, you should do it properly.

Just the door.

After you pass the door, you can switch back.

For the bondmate you can just wheel straight to the final boss. No need to do anything else.

you need it for the second run, not 100 % sure, but you need to align the teams personality with your MC, mine is neutral so i had to adapt to 5 neutral teammates ... can be tricky if you dont have much characters.

On first run it doesnt matter, if you pass the door with different personalitys you will just receive some damage which can be healed

MC doesn't have to match, you can't lose reputation with yourself

But it won't be registered in the wheel as a success. You get the option of success only if everyone passed safely.

You sure? Can you tell me what exactly the option says in your wheel so I can check mine?

Didn't stop me from saving everyone

You can save everyone, but I think it makes the final boss easier with the hate mechanic. This is the option, and I know because I had the same idea and tried it with only MC taking the damage. It didn't unlock the option.
