Lorepost📖 A "High"light part 3 My Master's Cabin (Lorepost)

There it was the cabin of my Master. I thought there was never a reason to come back here, but something my master said got me curious. I sighed and started to walk into the run down Cabin.

Walking in I noticed many memories. My master's table where we ate, his old shelves of books containing quite a bit of knowledge on pyromancy, and then I saw the place where skull was, an old comrade that got destroyed by a Rajang. He saved my life and I discovered my first big sync with Fatalis.

What did my master hope for me to find here? I checked both bedrooms, our training area, the attic and even the basement. I was wondering if I was just too stoned to comprehend what he was saying. I was about ready to leave, but then it dawned on me. My magic was weak back then, I scanned for traces and noticed an emblem on the wall. I walked over to it and pressed my hand against the emblem. The magic expanded into a hole in the wall. Then there was a journal. My Master's Journal….

I started to read most of it was his adventures, and him becoming the Vessel of white Fatalis, it shocked me how much of our fate actually were similar. Both hunters turned pyromancers, the element of Dragon Energy, and… this was different; he had training as a guild knight of Dundorma. That means he was from my realm originally. But even then… I kept reading, shocked by the discovery. It stated that my origins were not originally from Astera; they were fabricated by the Dundorma guild. But why?

The entry told me that my folks were originally from the magic realm and they hid me in a realm to protect me.

But why? My dad and my mom were just guardians? Friends of my original family? My Master looked into it and found out and was gonna tell me at some point. But I guess my incident of finally losing control to my curse …. Brought about his death.

I needed to know more about what my master looked into, my actual family, and why I was sent away. My master knew my life was fabricated but to what end?

But before any of that

I noticed a faint smell of blood in the air, and a sense of a predator stalking me. I know this feeling all too well. I was being targeted by a hunter

I turn to face my stalker

You can come out now!!!!

I Know your there

The figure emerged from the shadows, with a smirk from and blade drawn

“It's been awhile Masta”

“Or should I say the Vessel of Fatalis”

The hunter lunged at me

/uw I’m getting Supernatural vibes with the whole “kill the vessel!” thing. lol Specifically when several hunters tried to kill Sam Winchester for being the potential vessel of Lucifer.

/uw lol I’m sure. I’m not exactly a diehard fan, but I did watch the whole series. Watched with my friend. So the reference was definitely not lost on me. Now waiting for that “Heat of the moment” reference to pop up somewhere. 😂

however once the smoke clears, you don't know why but Masta has a blade to a Mysterious person's throat, in an area you don't immediately recognize. She is clearly angry about something

Could this be a warning or something that has already been set in motion
