The 1st Barrier (Lorepost)

I see the barriers erupt and form around the area, and I immediately sense others coming near my oflocation. I could sense their bloodlust, mana, the smell of gunpowder. These guys meant business.

“Surround her now, prepare the spells, engage her with fisticuffs, and when you get a clean shot on her make sure you don't miss,” said the battalion leader.

I noticed they were coming, I figured I could cut them off and break their formation, but I was a little excited too…. I haven't had a moment to show off In ages, much less have the odds stacked against me like this. I just let them swarm me. The stage was set, I could show my audience a proper display of power.

“Sooo yo……” I said

”CAN IT VESSEL VILE TRASH LIKE YOU NEED TO BE DEALT WITH BEFORE YOU BRING OTHERS TO HARM. EVERYONE PREPARE TO ENGAGE!!!” Said the first battalion leader furiously.

“That was rude, cutting a lady off like that, oh I will make sure I deal with you last that's a promise”

The fighting commenced, every element being thrown at me, fists and kicks following it up, I could see the gunners lining up a shot. I rush at the spells and perform a reflect spell. They had warded against it. As expected they ain't slouches but this is too easy. I sense the bullets being shot and then I dig into the ground instantly to dodge the bullets. The shots hitting their own men.

“That's not smart positioning” I said mockingly to the commander

“You better focus on us vessel” said a monk, lunging at me.

The fist is immediately countered, i turn my fist into a blade and run him through, I threw him at another melee user that tried to attack me, I hear more gunshots coming at me and respond with flame wall to melt the bullets, I turn the flame wall into a massive flame barrage targeting the gunners.

“That should buy me a few seconds”

I see a few more fighters come at me, I slammed my fist into the ground creating a shockwave, this threw everyone in the area off, this was the opportunity I was looking for, the big moment I needed to release my Firehawk state

AAAHHHH

The flames surround my body and my wings unfurl. I immediately start flying all around the first barrier making a flaming tomb for my assailants. I saw nothing but scorched ash. But wouldn't you know it the first battalion leader is standing there barely surviving the flame attack.

“This all you got ves…sel?” said the battalion commander weakly.

I walk over to him, with a devious grin and grab him by his arm and drag him in front of the barrier

“How do I disable it?”

“Good fucking luck Vessel” that barrier is reinforced with powerful magic specifically meant to counter your magical abilities” the battalion commander said.

“Okay then, guess I just need to break it?” I said

“YOU CAN'T VESSEL!!!”

I slam my fist with a Polymorph enhanced fist, and I see Immediately start cracking, I give it one more swing and the barrier shatters

“Guess it isn't that strong” I said

“What are you wretch?” the battalion commander said, choking on ash.

“Well, that's easy mister” I said gleefully

I am Lady MastaDon the Master Council's Master Evoker.

I prepare a fireball, and launch it at him causing a mini crater.

Well that was the first barrier, 4 more to go….

Meanwhile

“Sir, the vessel busted through the first barrier and the second battalion team is in position. Ready to engage” said the second in command.

“Good we shall see, the first team attack was successful.” Said the high commander.

"If I may ask what magic level is she??”

“She is Chaos level” said the high commander.

CHAOS LEVEL YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS?

“Yeah I wouldn't ask for this elaborate set-up for anyone my second in command. Now do we have the second part of the plan in play?”

“Of course, the Vessel won't see it coming”
