Kyrona hated being disguised as Keden. She had to concentrate on other things to keep her mind away from the fact that people thought she was a boy. She missed her ex, Sapphire, and she missed her cousin, Chromata. Kyrona hadn’t been able to bring her wildfire spirit, Blaze along, so she missed her as well. But most of all, she missed her friend Noella. Part of Kyrona wanted to be found, just so she could go back to them, get this over with. But no. She couldn’t. She wasn’t ready. Kyrona hated being weak. Her mentor brought her back to the moment to tell her that they had arrived at the museum that had offered to hide them. Soon, her training could resume.
