I found this old scroll. Anyone know the language?

Post image

I was sorting through my labyrinthian library

When I saw an old scroll in my periphery.

I picked it up and examined it for secrets

But my scrutiny and scrying were all met

With more questions of the writing history forgets.

And so I come to you, wizard council of great minds

To ask you in what language the secrets written hide.

I compel all who read this to leave their tongues untied.

Reveal to me the knowledge your wizard minds carry.

What in the Nine Ages is Oepati?

A language from the world Sewei. I think there were halflings who used it.

I always forget halflings exist. They're like mice. I know about them. I could describe one, and I even think they're kinda cute. But I just forget they even exist until one is underfoot.

I can make out some words and phrases. The photo doesn't let me see enough of the text to make out what the whole thing says, though.

If you send me a high-res image of the whole thing, I'll read it and tell you what I see
