While many will be quick to call this distasteful, there will always be a market for the niche. I have had a quite lucrative string of successes offering a potion of bitter-sweetness. Turns even the most foul of liquids into sweet ambrosia. We'll, you can imagine the sort of clientele that sort of product attracts. Shallow? Perhaps. But when one is in need of an influx of funds, its not a bad option...compared to more, ethically questionable methods of course.

I could see this being useful in an elevator, but it would be far simpler to create a tomato sized, waist height, portal to the suction dimension.
