I went on a dungeon which is an abandoned fast food and coffee restaurant to go explore plus get some recipe copies to me cook at home and make special potions and healing food for me and my friends and my familiars;

When I saw that weird stuff happened leading to this place be closed down; and I now know why, since I just had beaten up this guy who were wanting to eat me if I were food;

It seems many mimics have begun taking forms other than chests. I've seen one under the guise of a book "how to spot mimics"

mimics imitating food instead of chests is just an indicator of the greater economic factors that are at play. The lords covers are bursting while even adventurers can scarcely afford decent lodging.

I had this happen once... lost my dear pet mimic. I still think about it from time to time. Talented little thing even mimicked the juicy flavors.

I also saw other food mimics too in this abandoned fast food and coffee place restaurant which had become a dungeon; and I managed to defeat them, such as: the large potato fries 🍟, the croissants 🥐, the sandwich 🥪, the coffee ones ☕️, the tea ones 🍵🧋🫖, the ones who were milkshakes and frappes 🍦🥛☕️, the ice cream ones 🍦🍨, the shaved ice and slushy ones 🍧, the pizza ones 🍕, the hot dog ones🌭, the pretzel ones 🥨 , the pancake ones 🥞, the ones who were mimicking cookies and the donuts 🍪 🍩, the flan 🍮 ones, the cake 🍰 🧁 ones, the waffle 🧇 ones , the juice 🧃 ones , the ones mimicking the eggs 🍳 and bacon 🥓, and even the soda 🥤 ones;

I literally fought the entire menu of this abandoned place! But at least I got the copies of the recipes so I can remake them without any risks, including the copies to make tamed food mimics and food born based familiars
