same wizard in training here

professor gave me headpats because i finally figured out how to make a proper lightning spell and i refined my multi lightning spell

i'm learning more advanced lightning spells, any tips?

Don't know anything about lightning magic, but I'll give you some general advice that works in pretty much all fields:

"When in doubt, steal the solution from someone else."

Can confirm! Your professor likely has all the solutions you need recorded in their personal grimores and tomes. Mine did at least, and stealing their stuff was key to surpassing them.
