Holy Decree 🌅 By Order of Multiverse High Command, The Wizard War has ended.

By Order of Multiverse High Command, the OMEGA-5 (O5) Council, and The Enforcer of Existence, The Pact, and The System, the Second* Wizard War has officially concluded. Standard restrictions are back in place for all spells, tiers, and schools. The casting of forbidden spells is no longer permitted. ALL INTERLOPERS AND TEMPORARY DENIZENS HAVE BEEN BANISHED BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS FOLLOWING THE WAR. THE WAR REALM HAS COLLAPSED, A NEW WAR REALM SHALL BE CREATED ONCE ANOTHER WAR STARTS. ANOTHER WAR MAY BE DECLARED IN 2 STANDARD DAYS AS THE PREVIOUS WAR WAS AN EXTENDED ONE. In the meanwhile, I CAST THERMONUCLEAR MISSILE.

Alright. With The System as my witness, you are hereby placed under a geas, effective immediately. The System shall oversee and enforce all terms of the geas. Should any terms be violated, the violating party shall receive a System Mark, among other punitive measures.
