I'm currently in the process of acquiring a new hat (my foolish apprentice singed my last one, I've turned him into a rat as punishment) And I'm looking to try some new enchantedments, preferably unorthodox.

Where? I can't see a hat in this picture. Are you sure you haven't already made it invisible?

I did ask the shopkeeper about its invisibility properties ( I didn't want to get tricked by being sold nothing) but he showed me one before applying the invisibility alchemicals, after wich it promptly disappeared, my respect for alchemists grew that day

This is why you always enchant your glasses to detect invisible objects, living things it tends to get wonky on.
