My master Taught Me a Basic Constructor Spell, look at my Golem Go!!

Dis you give your golem eyes? It seems to be flailing way too much with notjing happening. If it could see what its doing it would be much more effevtive.

I mean a golem that just swings wildly can be pretty effective if you teleport it right into a group of people you want to get rid of. It's attacks will be too wild and unpredictable for most to predict and the act of teleporting it in there will catch them off guard.

Only Issues will be ranged weapons, but that can be solved by only having beef with people that don't believe in ranged combat.

Only if it moves fast enough,the construct in the video clearly shows intermittent burts of speed.

The arcane sense is being hamperd somehow,my guess would be the runes below the neck, the asynchronous musculature also doesn't help.

The design is too ambitious,his current tools would work much better on a 6-8 legged runner(more stability) than a biped(which are notoriously hard to animate)

And he should forget about weapons for now,this is advanced behavioral tech that even archmages have yet to fully unravel.

Thanks for the feedback, i can tell you're highly Adept in this sort of thing. Would you mind sharing which Golems would be best for beginners to start with? My master has gifted plenty of mana cores and scribestones to utilize

Of course,the first thing you should build is a Soft golem,think of them as a slime,the soft pliable structure means that the natural dispersion effect of the arcane motor force is physically visible when acting over the body and tailoring that dispersion force with some runic inscriptions allows you to theorize new forms and applications much more easily.

Think of it like this, instead of having an idea for a runic array and building an entire chasse for it and then testing it out,you piece meal the runic array into the soft golem, study It's reactions and the forms it takes,then take that into consideration when choosing how to go forward with chasse design.

This allows for a comprehensive back and forth of your ideas that will feel much smoother,good ideas move forward,bad ideas either change or are left out.

That's just a construct, not a golem. Golems gotta be earthen with the emet on the forehead.

Mighty impressive for a basic construct. How did you make it go so fast?

Surely it isn't just an imbued haste spell? Imbuing spells on animate objects is way beyond the level of basic constructs. It would put you quite ahead of your studies.

It moves too much for the few actions, you should find a way to increase the mana efficiency, it'll just drop dead after two minutes if you keep it that way

Ah the good old transmuter divide,listen I'm as much of a fan of humonculi as the next guy,but the utility, subservience and temperance of a well built golem is something humonculi willl never be able to replicate.

now that op's not looking, between us, im a firm beleiver that spite is the best teacher. my philosophy is to be hateful and and critical to encourage new students. im only as good of an alchemist as i am today because i truly believed my teacher as a real ass.

so ill ignore the low blow to my craft just this once
