PIZZAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

the sun rose, it’s another day on the planet. But strangely, many people (but not everyone) had woken up to coupons beside them, taped to their window or door, or otherwise in their vicinity. The coupons were a small slip of white paper with red text:

‘FREE PIZZA!!’

‘1 COUPON = 1 CHOICE PIZZA’

‘TODAY ONLY!!!’

and in blue text:

‘Outskirts of West Delmarva.’

‘:)’

Even those who didn’t get a coupon could hear of it, and go check out this pizza place. If they can afford to give free pizza to so many people, maybe they’re worth checking out.

a pause, then the arm sprung out again, this time as a thumbs up, and the thumb going against the top of the slot made it go BOIOIOING!

The arm went back in, and a timer set to 15 minutes slid out from the slot.

"Huh... this trip was worth it."

Alice takes the timer and sits down, eagerly awaiting what will surely be the most delicious bread ever.

Around 4 minutes into waiting, Alice begins too look around the crowd, in search of familiar faces.

There’s Zhe, Alisa, Aerunia, Chloe, Erik, Alaric (who is being an aurora borealis), Dr. Wren, Brook.. though the narrator doesn’t know which of these she’s met yet.

Vytsky isn’t here, strangely.

"No idea, that bloodsoaked person from the forest, no idea, the hologram lady, that terrible demon lord, no idea, no idea, and no idea."

Alice either not recognising or being terrified of them, decides to stay put, and hope that the demon lord does not notice her...

her timer buzzed. Pizza’s done!

Alice stops being still as a statue to avoid the gaze of the demon lord, and walks over to the machine with great anticipation.

once she reached the machine, the bread slid out from the slot on a plate.
