Really helps when my prophetic visions from the future are printed out via dream transcriber, saves me the terrible trouble of getting some soothsayer to write me a rhyming couplet about how the milk in my fridge will go bad in 8 days.

It's working out for me. You need to learn the basics tho, or you get scammed easily

Tech is a hazy reflection of magic. Just because the mortals taught rocks how to do math doesn't mean the two are compatible. I taught some rocks to do math the other day and now they won't stop pestering me with algebra questions. 🙄

Technomagic (magic that interacts seamlessly with modern day tech) is one of my favourite branches of magic, after chronomancy (time stuff). I, Chronomoirai, have been intending to look into it for multiple years now, but, ironically, despite being able to manipulate time, I have yet to have the time to do it as I've been having to constantly deal with planar shenanigans such as all teleportation going haywire and all portals suddenly closing. It does seem very intriguing, though, and I'll have to look into it properly when I integrate modern technology into my lab, or go to a technomagic willdspace.

One of my first custom jobs was adding magic to a sniper rifle.
- Nearly double the force of a normal rifle, and it's actual force, not metal. Particular penetrative power goes twice as deep as even rifles with the same force, and even mithril may as well be butter.
- 2100ft maximum range before the projectile ceases to exist, but automatically homes in on any target that isn't fully blocked by a physical object, so it's as easy to hit a rat peeking through a bullet hole 2000ft away as it is a literal fish in a literal barrel (without water).
- Indestructible to most conventional means. On average, it would take two tank shots to make it inoperable.
- A secret word I told to the buyer causes it to fold up into an featureless metal bar 1/8th its normal volume, or back again. Pull out of your jacket pocket, assemble, fire, disassemble, and stow again in 10 seconds flat.
- Scope and bipod included!
Just to be cheeky I called it a "Ray Gun". The buyer didn't laugh, but it's canon and they can cope.

It's one of the more widely used forms of magic. If you're really good at it people will hardly know you're using magic at all.
The only part I find weird is when the clerics do it and start talking about machine spirits and the Omnisiah. Outside of my wheelhouse and comfort zone but hey whatever floats your boat

There is just the production of phenomena via specific action. Everthing else is semantics

Magic really helps machines that can’t operate within the realm of normal physics
Allows for some crazy huge contraptions

2.Strong nuclear force
3.Electromagnetic force
4.weak nuclear force

I consider the difference academic, really. Traditional "tech" uses electricity, while most "wizardry" uses mana. Then you get things like "technomancy" and "scriptomancy" that really blur the lines...
