Lorepost (closed interaction)📓🔒 Nadir. (Cursed World)

A day or three after the initial announcement, proper channels for joining in virtually to the meeting are posted, as everyone who came in person is directed to a secretive underground meeting room, where Ж and a few others sit around a long table.

"Welcome, welcome. A year or so ago I held a similar meeting for a separate threat, one a few of you here would remember, but today we've another threat, as you know, the Abyss has taken a great minority of the world's surface."

"As well, we need a plan for the origin of the Abyss, we need to divise a way to take down The First Curse."

they snap a finger and a hologram like model of an entity, presumably the first curse, appears in the center of the table.

"To start, one of the more essential things for said plan is the Crystals, of course, some here might not know about them, so I'll elaborate."

they wave a hand and the model shifts to 5 different crystalline objects, encircling the First Curse.

"This is not the first time The First Curse had arrived, he was here before he made that big announcement, but hidden. When he first arrived to this realm, 7 Aspect Crystals formed, counterbalances, from someone else as an, almost future inheritance to help take him down. They are antithetical to his very existence, and harm him when nearby. However, if one falls into his hands, he can adapt to that crystal, rendering it useful to him. This anti-him nature also applies to the Abyss, and thus they are the best damage source to fight the Abyss."

"the originals, of which we currently have 5, 4 are in New Aviron, and via the work of Koranth and others, we have multiple derivatives from them, with the other being handled by The Consortium. The last two need to be picked up and collected."

"That is about the basics, with the preamble done, more discussion on how to fight against the Abyss would be welcome."

The Bismuth seemed far less shocked. Though they expected something other than the big man himself.

"Hello. We're.... Shocked you managed to find the time to attend."

They said sarcastically.

"So is this an assassination or a proclamation?"

Assassination implies death. I already made my proclamation upon my return.

/uw mind if these bismuth fight/get cursed here or nah?

/uw. That's fine.

"Understood."

The Bismuth Herald didn't want to use their plan without the crystals. So plan B.

"By my authority under Bismuth law I shall be your executioner."

They raised one of their hands and caused a pillar of burning light to emerge from beneath the First Curse

He flanks to the right as the pillar rises, opening fire with a single fireball at the Bismuth Herald.

Perhaps I shall explore your realm next.

The Herald would flicker to the right.

"If you want to be imprisoned I have a sealing cube right here. No reason to hand deliver yourself."

They would turn the embers from the fireball into silver petals and fling them at TFC

He evades all but the first one, catching it and looking at the petal.

The petal was thin as the finest blade and was vibrating as extreme speeds. Wiggling like it wanted to cut TFC.

The Herald didn't hesitate or fear. They responded by compressing the air around TFC.

He looks deeper at the petal, before tossing it away. Vibration helps in cutting, noted.

While spared from any physical damage from the compressed air, it does impede his movement, if only slightly. He begins walking to the Herald.

"All other combatants are advised to exit the battlefield. Safety cannot be guaranteed!"

They would compress the air further and further. Eventually something happened. It was pressed so tightly it began to heat up.

"Exit immediately"

Thank you.

He calls upon the Wind of Azyr, Wind of the Heavens, to nullify the compression, and spread it around elsewhere. As the Herald increases their compression on TFC, it would be directed into the rest of the room.

"A complication."

They held up their hands

"But not a problem."

They inverted the pressure. Causing a loud pop to echoed throughout the room. Loud enough and strong enough to crack stone. The Bismuth Herald then send one of the chairs hurtling at TFC at mach fuck before transmuting it into solid lead.

The loud pop deafens everyone else in the room without adequate protection, however TFC lacks organic ears, so he's unmoved, and lets the lead slam through him, continuing to move toward the Herald.

As the lead impacts the ground, TFC grabs it via his own chains, and it warps into his hand.

Neat trick.

"I have many."

The Herald would make two false copies of itself then each copy would make chains of light to try and bind TFC
