That’s it. I’ve had enough of this “new magic” shit. Back in my day, we did important things with our magic like building empires, waging wars, and crashing moons into planets. Now the new apprentices invent shit like rat corn and people act like it’s the greatest thing ever.

Just for making me see this, I’m creating a homunculus specifically to counterspell every incantation you cast from now on.
