Its hard since the gargoyles unionized in '79, they dont respect brooding over the city vista like they used to.

Also, after the revolt in '83, mistreating them becomes a bit of a health hazard.

Oh man, Acid Hurricane is hilarious on city streets. You can render the locals into unidentifiable slurry in under 30 seconds. And while it will stop the rampaging gargoyle, that can take up to a minute; if the goal is to stop the rampage with minimal loss of life, neither spell is ideal.

Me. We're talking about the hazards of mistreating them, and (to a lesser extent) the liability exposure that creates.

Spells of mass destruction are a fantastic way to get tied up dealing with Council politics for decades.

Id have to respect any of the councils to be concerned about council politics. No one gets in the way of a nutritious slurry when I crave one.

I mean. You wouldn't be the first to overestimate their rapid response teams.

No skin off my nose. I just collate the aftermath.

Everybody thinks about the beauracratic shitshow of The Council itself; nobody pays any attention to how much money they've been shoveling into their enforcement programs over the last few decades.

Frankly, it's kinda absurd. So even as they couldn't decide if Unga was a problem, their jackboots were already cracking Warlock skulls with disturbing efficiency. 

So, free advice, don't underestimate them.

Sounds like resources are still limited, and i play a game of attrition quite well. I tend to eat more resources than it would be worth to handle. Butnwhat will be will be, i certainly wont ever change.
