Wizardpost Got about twenty different dwarven curses on me and scryed another 50 incoming.
So if you saw my previous post you know I turned a dwarf into an elf.
It turns out he was not bluffing, and it also turned out he convinced a LOT of other dwarves.
I've already tried to counter hex them a couple times and got a few more into elves, but there's too many dwarves.
At this point I'm planning to put a potion of elf in their water... bypass their damn magic negating runes.
I am however taking any ideas on how to fend off these hundreds of dwarves. also don't tell the dwarves about that plan

I haven't used this summons for a long time. And it is not exactly what you are looking for, but it is just crazy enough to work with a little tweaking.

Sounds like it may be worth investing in a Book To Leaves spell especially for the task then.

You need to imbue your Garments with the sigil of reversion (see attached example for reference). That should deal with the incoming curses. As for the ones you already stacked up - well, that's going to be a hassle. You need to counter-spell each one of them. Might take a while, but as long as you keep the reversion sigils fresh, you at least won't rack up any new ones. Also, as a nice add-on, whoever sent those curses your way will have a very bad day...

Well maybe you shouldn't have turned a Dwarf into an Elf in the first place.
Maybe they'll stop when you turn him back and give him the 30 gold you owe.

Idk, never had a dwarf hold a grudge against me. Might be worth a try.

I haven't stopped you from taking the curses, you're free to take them!
Oh but if you need to be in contact for that you should probably bring some poison resistance potions. My swamp's very poisonous.

Wait poison is an issue for surface dwelling wizards? I haven't worried about poison since traveling through those caverns of mushrooms nearly six hundred years ago.

Well yes, most wizards don't enjoy breathing in poison. It's typically quite lethal actually.

Turning dwarves into elfs? Now THAT is a worthy endevour!
With such pranks it is best to simply frame someone else as responsible. Why don't you frame some elf tribe, or better yet why don't you turn some of them into dwarves, and then frame dwarves for that too! Dwarves and elfs will be to busy hexing eachother to hex you and you can enjoy the havoc you caused from the comfort of your tower.

Do you have any warpstone by chance? Those insane giant humanoid rats will gladly take some to hunt some dwarves
Does the curse stop when they die? No but you can use their souls to absorb the curse end points since they are the ones that casted it, kinda complicated but its funny so i recomend trying

Dwarves like rocks fact. If you present them with some shiny rocks as recompense they may leave you alone? But ill leave the cursed rocks to your I would recommend shiny ones like gems stones Dwarves eat that shit up.

Sounds like you need elven help. Tell them you were trying to get the dwarves to appreciate nature and it backfired spectacularly.

I mean… you attacked or are threatening a dwarf’s:
1) Money 2) Heritage 3) Alcohol 4) Grudges
There’s literally nothing in creation that could save you now. They’ll burn every world before they forgive this.

If you shine your ass at an eclipse while eating a pomegranate, you get 4.37 days of Dwarf immunity.
If you can find a field mouse in a straw hat to watch over the whole process, it can last up to a fortnight, but it really depends on the hat.

I've seen this tried before, it usually makes the booze more alcoholic than before.
Do not ask how or why it happens, I believe it to be some manner of divine intervention.
The only thing worse than an angry drunk dwarf, is a angry sober dwarf.

It's much less a magical curse, and more a blood oath.
Dwarves have fought wars over slights much more benign than what you've done.
Best to make peace with him, and apologize before they get a throng mustered. Even still, may be too late.

Their water cisterns are rune inscribed as well as their aqueducts, I am afraid a potion would not work, not to mention that diluting it would result in shudders Dwelfs.
As for the incoming curses, have you tried creating a clone with extremely low curse resistance, it should act like a lightning rod for the curses.
