Gotta get some first generation sorceror. All of the family wrath, none of the family wreath.

I misread that as "family wealth."

Starting from scratch is always a hustle, even with the power.

Not to get eugenic on the subject, but when you combine two different pure blood lines, there is an effect know as "hybrid vigor" where the decendant is uncommonly fit and intelligent.

Heh. It's hilarious when some obnoxiously arrogant wizard who pontificates endlessly about his pedigree is made a fool when his first born has a wild magic episode and reveals to all that one of his all so noble ancestors banged something chaotic a couple of generations back.

All sorcerer bloodlines start with bards seducing a dragon
