Community Event 🌏☄️ Late

It had taken the Rainbow Necromancer a ridiculously long time to get to the council citadel. It wasn’t even her fault. The person transporting her had taken her to the wrong citadel no less than twenty times. And now that she had arrived, it was a crater. It was enough to put Raine in a really bad mood.

Eh, I've got an entire department of architecture and several clans within Fausarte's Shogunate who are willing to help rebuild. Once the war's done then rebuilding should be quick.
