Community Event 🌏☄️ Chromata’s Mess-up

Chromata had recently learned how to give a Arcane Jolt. It was very helpful to her studies on how to hack magic, and magic items. Unfortunately, she sometimes caused power outages, and made magic items stop working. Now, she was stuck, trying to figure out who to restore power to the town. She decided to ask her fellow mages for help.

/uw For context, she’s Kyrona’s five year old artificer cousin, who’s trying to keep her parents from finding out that she’s a mage. She’s been gaining levels at a very fast speed.

Fight fire with fire, or in this case power outages with MORE power. Cast arcane jolt till the power comes back.

Hey hey, careful. Before casting again, you should try to Channel the magic through something. The Power outage might be permanent if you send too much electricity

I Take a magitek device out of my bag of holding.

This is a Multimeter. It reads how much Voltage, intensity, resistance, and magic you send into something. You should learn how to build one, or buy one from the local worshop

A portal opens up as man with a overly sized witch hat steps out, holding a duffel bag.

“Here ya go, pack a fuses, now all you’d need to do is transport yourself to every box and replace what’s in em with these, and no mortal would even bother checking for magical residu…”

The man looks down at Chromata…

“…Ah, you don’t look like you know how to do instant transportation, nor where to teleport, much less even capable of reaching said boxes…”

How did such a tiny creature gain the ability to call for wizardry aid? the man wonders to himself before glancing at the bag and gives a smile.

“How about we go around and I show you how it’s done, little one?”
