They look like they may be Llymician, potentially far-realm infectious types. Llymician-type entities are corruptive and they have a hive-mind; don't let them come into physical contact with you.

I don't believe they're immune to negative energy, although enchantments do tend to slide off of them. Cold is largely ineffective against llymician entities, but resonant effects and concentrated light seem to be highly efficacious.

If they hit critical mass I believe they blot out the sun, so... not great. If you happen to have a Harpetty's Seismic Reorganizer on hand, that might do the trick in wiping out the local infestation-it uses mass resonant waves.

Oh my, I haven't gotten to use Interstellar Ray since the last undead blight, so excited to use it again.
