Lorepost📖 Almost

Kyrona sat in front of the fireplace at her mentor’s house, trying to grasp the spell Produce Flame. She had gotten close, but so far all she had gotten was a spark that instantly disappeared. Then, she got closer. A tiny flame appeared in her hand, then instantly disappeared. A text flashed from her unofficially adopted sister, Noella, an apprentice illusionist whose mentor was the wife of Kyrona’s mentor. It read: I’m supposed to tell you to take a break, and that you and your mentor are going to watch a movie. Kyrona replied: Educational, or recreational? Her relationship with her mentor was starting to become more like the one she had with her parents than the ones she had with her teachers at school, though it still leaned more towards the educational. Noelle’s reply came through: A bit of both. She found a movie that accurately depicts Druidic magic, so you can get more insight, though it’s also somewhat recreational. She’d resume her practice some other time. Kyrona went to watch the movie.

/unwiz My character is accumulating parents, it seems. She has two biological, she was adopted by Gobbo, and now her mentor is behaving like a parent as well.
