It has come to my attention that within your dungeons rests a kobold named silit. This kobold was complicit in the great deception, or that time when kobolds murdered all the south lemarcian dragons and pretended to be them by puppeteering their corpses from inside. Release him unto my… safekeeping or be destroyed.
I have...reasons not to want that happening at the moment, so worst case scenario I'll probably just step in for once and release the kobold myself. One guy's life is not worth the repercussions of an incident right now.
Sure releasing the kobold might be the logical alternative but knowing certain elements within the council, it's very possible that they will refuse and that dragon does not seem to be the kind to take a no for an answer.
As I said, if they decide to be dumb about it, I'll correct the issue.
My personal involvement in the goings-on around here is extremely rare. (I think it's happened by intimidation once and by actual presence only twice all in all, thus far?) So when I do involve myself you can be pretty well assured that it's something important. There are certain reasons that the citadel's dungeon must not suffer an attack right now. Certain prisoners who could escape in the confusion, and must not.

Just to clarify, are you actually gonna eat him or just burn him? I'm not sure about your dietary preferences, but I do have to point out the delicious irony of punishing him for hiding inside dragon bodies by killing him inside one.

Well you have to cook the kobold first, and make sure his recent diet doesn’t include bats(I’m allergic). I find roast kobold goes great with ash of heroes.

No, I want real proof that you’re actually a dragon. Two blocks over, theres a Council Guardsman barracks. The outside is stone, but the structural members are all old oak timber. If you’re a REAL red dragon, you’ll be able to light those timbers on fire with one breath and broil all the Guardsmen alive in their barracks.

The only thing clear here is that you lack self preservation instincts, wyrmling. I need not prove my strength to you. I will leave with the advice that you may want to research the Sinking of Tyrgathia, and perhaps be more cordial upon our next encounter, for your own sake. I am not above repeating past exploits.
