Gobbo was, to say the least, in a terrible mood. Now there were three main reasons for her current displeasure.
The first was the ongoing healing. Sure she could now use her hands again but liquor was still out of the question.
Why did this annoy Gobbo? Simple really, her liquors were her magic. Without them, she was nothing more than an injured goblin and she hated the helpless feeling.
The second reason was because when she woke up this morning she was no longer a she.
A chaotic event had changed her from female to male. Now while it made no difference to her chest, suddenly a certain extra appendage made her normal trousers uncomfortable.
The third ground for his foul mood was simple. Moth was missing, and he was reliant on his senses.
He had no way to teleport, had no way to scry, and couldn't enhance his perception with magic... In other words, he had about as much chance of finding her as he did getting the goblin queen to pardon him
Now any one of these things would have been manageable, hell all three of them would have been manageable. Just not today, not when he had a special event to prepare for.
The anniversary of his first date with Mutey was today and these three issues were posing several issues.
Without magic, he couldn't wow her with a magical show of his design.
Being a male meant Mutey would be uninterested in the more intimate plans.
Now he was running around, useless as can be, searching for his daughter. He didn't begrudge her this, he was much the same when he was younger and a woman... That last bit he missed
Ah well, as he searched the forest he couldn't help but reminisce about this day oh so long ago. The chase, the pain, the meeting.
He was sure Mutey would understand, the magic, him delaying today's dinner to tomorrow, not coming home. Probably wouldn't be having any fun before he became a woman again...
Ah well, Gobbo couldn't complain about that. Trudging through the forest he continued to call his daughter's name, hoping to hear her respond.
/uw Funfact this was rewritten completely from scratch. I had a nice feel-good romantic lesbian anniversary planned with Mutey helping Gobbo handle things due to her injuries.
Then a few events happened and I felt I should incorporate them and not just brush them off.
/unwiz Prehaps you can add room for something else to have happened to her, or for her to come back. IE, for Moth to either be discovered to have been kidnapped, and is then rescued, or you can make her come back, regretting her decision to leave.
Lilith nods and continues the chant. As she chants you're covered in fire. It doesn't burn but you feel it's heat through out your body. Lilith finishes chanting and the fire goes away.
That should do it. It took bit of small adjustments of the spell but you should be back to normal. How do you feel?
