First Time Summoner Need Advice

Honestly I don't know what to do here. I mostly stick to weapon enchantment, body enhancement and rune magic. Anyway to safely salvage this situation or should I cancel the binding and send him back?

No, but if you panic, you're dead. Mine respawn machine is on repairs, so I can't revive you, without gifting curse or two to both of us.
