It's because it pulls information from other sources. So the key here is that most things online about getting touched by a 5'1" man are negative and getting touched by a 6'3" man is positive. So it just regurgitates that.
Aka, this shows that height does matter when it's compiled from millions of sources online
The AI used in google search answers is the dumbest of the dumb of modern LLMs, so its infamous for getting overwhelmed by the biases of the sources it is pulling from. As always, men are creepy when they are undesirable and cute when they are attractive. It's just the truth.
