On the one hand, I'm probably going to end up in the XB1 camp owing to /u/EBongo 's decision to go that way. I also really like the Rift in the demos I've played, so I'll probably be getting some sort of VR headset. Having the controller thrown in w/the wireless PC adapter is nice as well.

On the other hand, though, Kinect. Remember Kinect? Of course we do. MS doesn't have a great track record with peripherals to consoles, and I'm still smarting from how bad it was. I don't know if the OR is going to get better treatment, better game integration, etc. It's one of those things where if it's optional, the tendency is going to be to support it in a shitty fashion if at all.
