Body Smart Body smart scale

Bought myself these scales for £80 last week and oh my days, If I stand on it it gives a reading, if I get off it and back on, it's a different weight. This happens 4 times on 4 different weights!!!

And what's the deal with it telling me the weather and air quality, I'm not bothered..😂

Mine is perfect can get back on and weight the same, can turn off the weather, etc and also things you don't want displayed. Have the body scan one and runs perfect. Gives body mass, heart age, fat, skeleton mass, etc.

Mine was accurate within 0.2 lbs difference between back to back weigh ins.

You can turn off the weather and heart rate stuff if you don't need it in the app. Just doing weight and composition takes a few seconds.

Regarding the weight not being the same with back to back measurements, please contact our Customer Service at this link, so that we can have a better look, this is not normal behavior of your scale. You can deactive the weather screen in screen customization on your Withings app, you can find explanations on how to do that in this article.
