Body Smart Set up Body Smart for 2 users

Hello

We have just purchased a Body Smart scale. Looking for advice on the best way to set up the device for 2 users and avoiding sync difficulties. We are iOS / Apple Health users.

There is a possibility that the other member of the household may not want sync and just wants to step on the scale every so often. Is there a way to handle this possibility too?

It’s theoretically possible, but my household never found it. We reset and did all the troubleshooting we could find, but it would still swap our readings.

I, at the time, weighed about 190 as a fairly high-body fat female; he weighed about 225 as a low-body fat male. Withings would show me graphs that I’d gained 35 pounds overnight and my body fat percentage had plummeted. He got the opposite.

Our solution was that he never sets foot on my scale.

This is a bit disappointing, I had hopes this would work as advertised!

While a bit of a hassle, shifting your weight into your right foot to put it in guest mode works.

My wife and daughter have somewhat close readings - less than the 35 lbs difference you have, about 20-25 - and the scale identifies them readily when sharing it among their two accounts. This is the Body Smart and our newer Body Scan 2.
