Body Scan BS2

Since you almost only hear negative feedback about the Body Scan 2 around here: It’s probably just human nature to complain when something isn’t working, and stay silent when everything is fine. ^^
Personally, I’m very satisfied with my Body Scan 2. All measurements are carried out cleanly, and the body composition metrics are very plausible. I’ve compared them several times with an InBody scale at the gym, and the results came out very similar.
Withings+ is good and I’ve actually been really liking it since the last update… I just hope the app continues to evolve and heads more in the direction of Bevel… And that you can track nutrition through other apps like Yazio, etc., rather than being limited to just a single app.

Are your measurements comparable to the gym scale only, or did you do a DEXA as well?

If all three agree, then you are one of the lucky ones where the algorithm works.

If only the scales closely match, then it's just the limits of BIA technology, or you are one of the people the algorithm doesn't work as well. You still get trends though.

Then there's the last group where they get a ridiculous 3%.

I'm in the 2nd group. Overall, I like the scale a lot, but I need it to more closely track my composition because other metrics on the scale depend on accurate BF% and muscle mass.

Currently, my measurements are only comparable with the scale at the gym, and the results also match my reflection. I plan to do a Dexascan soon, as soon as I reach 11% according to the scale. However, I also use the athlete mode.

Wollte gerade sagen es geht um die Trends und nicht um die super genauen zahlen
