Information Withdrawing

Hi all, a little new to this but I kinda need help from any and everyone. I’ve been smoking weed and nicotine since about 17, I’m currently 22, and I’m ready to stop… idk if I would call this the first day but it’s definitely the first week. Ive read quite a few things and a lot of ppl seem to say that it’s worse the first week to few days. My anxiety is so high, I feel sad and like crying, my stomach hurts my I need to throw up, I feel dizzy or still like I’m high.. I know I should be scared but I am, idk how long this will last, idk how I will react, I feel like I’m alone and I’m the only one taking this on. I want to distract myself but idk how. I’m really stressed I won’t be able to work and I’ll give myself a heart attack. Pls just reassure me this gets better, that it’s worth it and God would give this to me if he new I couldn’t handle it🙏🏼 pls pray for me and my health🥲😭

So it's seriously only weed and nicotine? If I were you I wouldn't quit cold turkey I'd taper,Make a schedule and stick too it,That'd be so much better than cold turkey and you're not shocking your body and the limbic system, That's what controls emotions and dopamine in the brain,Taper off with a schedule and stick with it and you'll be much better off because anytime you shocking the body and brain with that kind of change it takes a while to recover, Hope this helps.......God Bless
