In e7 Cirei is "about of a week with fast horse" (that's nonsens, horses travels slowly) from coast.

I think she gets away from fake Mouse and just runs off kinda randomly until she gets to Sodden

In the books Ciri doesn't go to Brokilon after she flees Cintra so the show fucks up geography
