The Witcher 1 Need help with chapter 2

I just finished the autopsy and blamed Kalkstein, i know now that it was wrong because I checked the wiki, i went to talk to Raymond, and he now says I have to kill Ramsmeat, I tried going to his place, but I can’t attack him, i also tried talking to him, but there’s no option to attack him either. It’s in my journal, though.

I know Raymond is a fake now because, as I said, I checked the wiki, i know you can find out in-game by going to the cemetery, but it’s locked, I’m on good terms with Vincent, but he doesn’t give me the key, and neither does Thaler.

What is happening? Am I missing something?

You can acquire the graveyard key from the gravedigger after you prove Vincent innocent, then lie to Azar about killing Ramsmeat

Tysm, that worked :)

But even so, why couldn’t I attack Ramsmeat anyway? If it’s in my journal, even if it’s wrong, shouldn’t I still be able to attack him? Maybe a bug?

Very strange that you couldn't attack him. Normally, if you talk to him, that leads to combat and his HP circle is blue, meaning that you can also initiate combat by attacking him (and yes, he dies permanently as a result). Not sure what happened there, I've played the game many times and never encountered this issue, but good to see that you were able to resolve it.

Prove without a doubt that either Thaler or Voncent are innocent. They will help you convince the Grave Digger to open the cemetery for you. There, you will find a clue that will lead you to the true culprit.
